There is no fixed kilometre limit for normal Jodhpur city use within your rental time. Listed prices are scoped to Jodhpur city use. Scooter rentals are not allowed for outstation routes. Bikes may be allowed for outstation routes only with prior approval, and extra charges may apply.
The vehicle should be returned before 8 PM on the scheduled return date. If you expect a delay, please inform us in advance so our team can plan. Late return or extension is subject to confirmation and may be charged extra.
The rider is responsible for following traffic rules, wearing helmets, carrying valid documents, and paying any traffic fine or challan caused during the rental period. Jodhpur traffic enforcement is strict, and violations may be detected through CCTV, traffic monitoring systems, e-challan systems, or police reporting apps. Please always wear helmets and follow signals, lane rules, parking rules, and speed limits.

Yes. You can request cancellation by WhatsApp, phone, or email. A full refund may be issued when cancellation is confirmed before 10 AM on the scheduled pickup day.

The listed price is per calendar day. For a 2-day rental, pickup on Monday means return before 8 PM on Tuesday. Even late-day pickup is counted as that calendar day. Early pickup, late return, overnight use, or extension should be confirmed with us in advance and may be charged extra.
