This page explains how booking confirmation, vehicle pickup, and vehicle return work for online bike rental bookings. Since this is a rental service, no physical product is shipped by courier.

Booking Confirmations
After successful online booking, your booking details are shown on the booking confirmation page. You may also contact us on WhatsApp for quick pickup help and booking support.
Please make sure your name, mobile number, pickup date, and rental duration are correct when booking.
Vehicle Pickup and Return
- Pickup near Jodhpur Railway Station: Customers pick up the booked vehicle from Jodhpur Bikes at 90 Jaswant Building, Station Road, Jodhpur.
- Easy return: The bike should be returned to the same pickup point unless our team confirms another arrangement.
- Pickup time: Please arrive at the selected pickup time with required original documents. If your travel plan changes, contact us as early as possible.
Required Documents at Pickup
At the time of pickup, customers must present:
- A valid original driving licence
- Government-issued ID proof, such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or voter ID
- Booking confirmation or payment reference, if available
Vehicle Availability
We try to keep the selected vehicle ready on time. In rare cases, vehicle availability may change due to late return, service requirement, safety issue, or another operational reason. If this happens, our team will help with a replacement, reschedule option, or eligible refund as per the Cancellation Policy.
