Jodhpurbikes.com is operated for self-drive scooter and bike rentals in Jodhpur. By using this website, making an online rental request, paying online, or collecting a vehicle from Jodhpur Bikes, you agree to these Terms of Use along with our Cancellation Policy, Pickup and Booking Confirmation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Rental Eligibility

• The rider must hold a valid driving licence. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• ID proof is used for identity verification only. ID proof alone is not enough to rent or ride a vehicle.
• Physical or digital licence verification may be accepted because licence validity is checked during pickup.
• We may capture the rider's face/photo for identity matching with submitted documents.
• Jodhpur Bikes may refuse rental if documents cannot be verified or if the rider appears unfit to ride safely.

Pricing and Rental Duration

• Listed prices are per calendar day and are scoped to Jodhpur city use.
• For a 2-day rental, pickup on Monday means return before 8 PM on Tuesday.
• Even late-day pickup is counted as that calendar day.
• Early pickup, late return, overnight use, extension, or multi-day changes should be confirmed with us in advance and may be charged extra.
• Fuel is not included in the rental price unless specifically confirmed by our team.

Security Deposit

Jodhpur Bikes offers rentals with zero security deposit for eligible customers after document and rider verification. We still reserve the right to refuse rental if verification fails, documents are incomplete, or the rider does not meet safety and legal requirements.

Pickup, Return, and Luggage

• Vehicle pickup and return are normally from our office near Jodhpur Railway Station.
• The vehicle should be returned before 8 PM on the scheduled return date unless our team confirms another arrangement.
• Early pickup for train travellers may be supported with prior confirmation.
• Customers may keep luggage at our office free of charge while using the rented vehicle.
• Returning customers may have a faster pickup process because verified details may already be available.

City Use and Outstation Rules

• Listed prices are for Jodhpur city use.
• Scooters are not allowed for outstation routes.
• Bikes may be allowed for outstation routes only after prior approval.
• Outstation approval, route suitability, and extra charges depend on the selected bike, destination, road conditions, rental duration, and operational approval.
• Do not take a vehicle outside the approved route or use type without written or WhatsApp confirmation from our team.

Rider Responsibility

• The rider must follow all traffic rules and ride safely.
• Helmet use is required. Rider and pillion should wear helmets as per traffic rules.
• The rider is responsible for fines, e-challans, traffic violations, wrong parking, overspeeding, signal violations, helmet violations, or other penalties caused during the rental period.
• Jodhpur traffic enforcement is strict, and violations may be detected through CCTV, traffic monitoring systems, e-challan systems, or police reporting apps.
• The rider is responsible for damage caused by abuse, unsafe riding, accident, negligence, illegal use, or traffic-rule violation.

Breakdown, Puncture, and Support

For puncture or mechanical breakdown, call or WhatsApp us immediately at 9587138000 and share your location. We generally handle genuine breakdown support and guide you with the next step. Repair, recovery, replacement, or support may depend on the issue, route, vehicle condition, and location. Damage caused by abuse, unsafe riding, accident, or traffic violation is the rider's responsibility.

Booking, Payment, and Availability

• Online payment can be made through the website using the available payment options.
• The booking engine checks real-time inventory and will not complete a booking if the selected vehicle is unavailable for the requested dates.
• After successful online payment, your booking is confirmed in our rental system, the selected vehicle is reserved for your dates, and you can contact us on WhatsApp for pickup support.
• In rare cases after confirmation, an operational issue such as accident damage, safety concern, service requirement, technical issue, or circumstances beyond our control may affect the selected vehicle.
• If we cannot provide the selected vehicle, our team will help with a suitable replacement, reschedule option, or eligible refund as per the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are explained on our Cancellation Policy page. A full refund may be issued when cancellation is confirmed before 10 AM on the scheduled pickup day. Cancellation after that time, no-show, or failure to provide required verification documents may affect refund eligibility.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, design, images, logo, text, and other material belong to Jodhpur Bikes or are used with permission unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for personal information and rental booking. You may not copy, republish, sell, or misuse website content without permission.

Privacy and Verification Data

Customer information, document details, payment references, and rider verification data are handled as part of rental processing, identity verification, safety, and legal compliance. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
